Description:
Pacific National 48-class unit 48165 works the grain elevator at Cunningar on a cloudy Sunday in July. Powered by a turbocharged Alco 6-251 it was the last of its type delivered to NSW RY by Goodwin, in September 1970 and still earns its keep working branches and locals in the Australian Bush.

Description:
Pacific National 48-class unit 48165 loads grain at the elevator at Cunnigar, NSW under darkening skies. This Goodwin/Alco was the last of 165 built in Australia from 1959 through 1970. (it's probably just as well it was cloudy- this would've been right into the afternoon sun if it had been out!)
