Here is the second of two successive photos that were taken in Wilmington, Delaware, c. 1948. Shown here is Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1690, an A-5S (0-4-0) switcher built in Juniata during January of 1917 and retired in August of 1950 after 33 years of faithful service. The names of the photographer and of the Engineman pictured here are not recorded. Williams Collection.
