New Orleans Public Belt boxcar 115 was parked on the NOPB siding along North Front Street, next to the Coca-Cola Branch Factory which faced Canal Street. (A streetcar can be seen in the background to the right of the 115.) The boxcar had a capacity of 80,000 pounds, a light weight of 33,700 pounds and load limit of 96,300 pounds. The placard to the left of the door was lettered COCA COLA SERVICE. (unknown photo date) |
