| Chicago Burlington & Quincy Railroad NW2 9233 westbound at Naperville, Illinois on October 11, 1964, Ektachrome by Chuck Zeiler. Sorry about the soft image, I was caught off-guard. This was a light engine move, which was unusual. Usually the switchers were moved in local freight trains. A situation must have come up where a switcher was needed in a hurry. Also unusual is what appears to be green flags flying at the cab end. |
