This caboose was sitting in Hancock yard in May and was still in the same spot in July. Obviously unused to promote Operation Lifesaver because of the graffitti.

David Olsen General Terry, this caboose was used on the local that took sand hoppers from Hancock Yard to Berkeley Springs, WV for about 20 years. It seems to have disappeared a couple years ago. Note that this location is Hancock, WV - across the Potomac from Hancock, MD. 7/23/2022 10:54:46 AM
