OIEL behind a pair of 4 motors, rolls past the eastbound signal at Hiawatha Rd. OIEL was usually an early morning train here, often getting through Owego by 0800. Counterpart ELOI was combined with BUOI at Gang Mills most of the time, and ran here infrequently.
