COER 171521 double door boxcar at the unfortunate hands of vandals. Way back when, these green cars (not COER at the time) were a sign of Pacific Northwest prosperity - the forest/lumber industry was doing well and the rails seemed to sing with large amounts of traffic out of our region in multiple forms (including the newly christened center-beam flats & opera windows designs). |
