AMTK 328, Tr. 328 Stopped by Parked Car  Contributor's Pick!       
This Capitol Corridor train has just left Jack London Square Station and was heading toward Sacramento and where it would start street running someone parked a car too close to the tracks. On my scanner I could hear the engineer or condictor asking the dispatcher to call a "black and white." The driver came and moved the car minutes later before the police arrived.
