| Mount Vernon Terminal RR bought a Baldwin VO1000 from the Navy in the mid-80s to replace its tiny Plymouths. The old engine house on the left (more of a shack) wasn't big enough for the 'new power' so they built a new one next to it and under Interstate 5. This is the view about half-way though construction. |
