Title:  Sights and sounds of the front Yard...
Description:  NS local P95 rolling up the South Newton Lead (former Carolina & North-Western) through the SENG&SM Campus. This photo was taken atop a tall ladder behind the Museums Model Railroad Center as the train rolled back railroad-North to the S-line interchange, with former Chester & Lenoir Narrow Gauge/C&N-W narrow gauge boxcar #401 rests under the Museums Alexander Railroad Pavilion. Yes, that car was one of the first boxcars to use this line, dating back to the mid 1870s in the narrow gauge era. What a contrast.
