Prevosto. Here is a photo of Pennsylvania Railroad engine #1651, a D-13C (4-4-0) "American" built in Juniata during 1893, transferred to the Philadelphia & Erie and renumbered "2053" in June of 1894, later returned to the PRR and renumbered "1715," and retired in December of 1914 after 21 years of faithful service. The photographer's name, the exact date, and the location are not recorded.
