Description:  Pan Am train EDPO passes Gilson Rd in Littleton, MA. That day, they had MEC B40-8 #5958, MEC B40-8 #5956, MEC C40-8 #7541, MEC GP40-2LW #518, and MEC GP40-2LW #515 for power. There were ~90 cars in tow with a nuclear waste car 1st.

Description:  Coming out of the yard limits at Riley's, L054 with MEC 5958 - MEC 307 rounds the bend toward Phipps Canada Rd. in Jay, Maine. Quite sad that all that remains in the yard of one of the MEC's biggest customers are a few storage freight cars and this MOW equipment. One can hope future users of the land can generate new rail business, but as always time will tell.

Description:  In the final hour or so of sunlight; L054 with MEC 5958 - MEC 307 and just over thirty cars for Rumford cross the second grade crossing over Laplante Rd. in Canton, Maine while the middle of their train cam be seen going through the large curve in the left center of the frame. This train would tie down for the night at Dixfield and continue to Rumford the next morning.
