WM #410 - Western Maryland
Description:
Built by EMD in March of 1953, this 1500 hp B unit was originally WM #61B, but renumbered to 410 in 1955. It was absorbed into the Chessie System and became their #7144. Eventually it was"traded in to EMD in 1977. Jeff Strombeck photo

WM #198 - Western Maryland
Description:
Alco 1600 hp RS3 swgtcher was introduced to compete with EMD GP7, FM H-16-44 and Baldwin AS-16. This unit was deliverek in December of 1953 and had the typical B-B trucks. Circa 1979, it was sold to Precision National. No photographer listed.
