Description:  A massive 250, with only 2 ES44ACs for power, grinds downhill into Binghamton. It had to be pushed up the hill by NS 930, since it had 117 cars and 20 intermodal platforms, totaling 518 axles with the power. When it was stopped at CP-BD, its tail was stretched up past Old State Road.
