This trian struck train H-PTRSTL9-28 (BNSF 4349, BNSF 4866, ATSF 609, 22 loads, 45 empties, 4222 tons, 3809 feet) as it was taking siding. This resulted in the derailment of the three locomotives on G-SJOLAR9-26 and four cars (OCPX 62871, DOWX 79567, DOWX 79678, and NATX 82801) on H-PTRSTL9-28. This series of photographs documents the recovery process from first light through the ballasting of the installed track panels late in the evening. This resulted in the derailment of the three locomotives on G-SJOLAR9-26 and four cars (OCPX 62871, DOWX 79567, DOWX 79678, and NATX 82801) on H-PTRSTL9-28. This series of photographs documents the recovery process from first light through the ballasting of the installed track panels late in the evening.
